Thesis deals with the transfer and pawn of share in a company with limited liability. The thesis contains a brief description of a share, deals with the transfer and pawn of share, owing to briefness of a current legislation, mainly focusing on the relevant decisions of the Czech courts. In addition, there is also incorporated historical development of the institutes regarding to the theme of thesis, and also the Annexes, contract on the transfer of share, contract on the pawn of share.
